Ever since I was 12 I have wanted to sail around the world. 12 years on I am finally making the dream a reality. After spending all my life in my beloved North East of England, I am now seeking warmer shores in the Caribbean and beyond 🙂

The name: 

A few people have asked me what raymundo means. So here’s a sort of explanation….One of my many nicknames during uni was raymundo. I recently figured out when broken down it translates as rachel (ray) and world (mundo). Given my current circumstances, I felt this was fairly appropriate. Much more preferable to my dad and brother’s suggestion of ‘gullable’s travels’ !
